413. NASHEBE BHABEHI UNENE.

Imbuki ya kahayile kenako ilolile bhushebi ubho bhudulile gunpiga mumakoye unshebi ng’wunuyo. Ubhushebi bhunubho bhugang’wambilijaga ugwipija mumakoye ayo omanaga igiki inzila yiniyo ilinago, ukubhutongi. Hunagwene umunhu ng’wunuyo ulu ubhona jishepo, agayombaga giki, ‘nashebe bhabehi unene.’

Akahayile kenako kagalenganijiyagwa kuli munhu uyo obhonaga giki imihayo iyo bhaliyihoyela idulile gung’wenhela makoye ukubhutongi.

Umunhu ng’wunuyo agiyangulaga gwinga umumahoya genayo, kugiki adule gugiliga amakoye ayo gadulile gumpandika kunguno ya mahoya genayo. Hunagwene umunhu ng’wunuyo agayombaga giki. ‘nashebe bhabehi unene.’

Akahayile kenako kalanga bhanhu higulya ya guleka guhoyela mihayo iyo idulile gubhenhela makoye, aha bhutongi, kugiki, bhadule gugiliga amakoye genayo, haho gatali ugubhapandika.

KISWAHILI: NIPENYE JAMANI MIMI.

Chanzo cha msemo huo chaangalia upenyaji ule uwezao kumuokoa mpenyaji kwenye matatizo. Upenyaji huo humsaidia mhusika kukwepa matatizo ambayo angeweza kuyapata kule mbeleni. Ndiyo maana mtu huyo husema kwamba, ‘nipenye jamani mimi.’

Msemo huo hulinganishwa kwa mtu yule ambaye hugundua mapema maneno wanayoyaongelea kwamba, yataweza kuwaletea matatizo mbeleni.

Mtu huyo huamua kujiondoa kwenye maongezi hayo, ili aweze kuyaepuka matatizo hayo yatakayowapata walioko kwenye maongezi hayo. Ndiyo maana mtu huyo husema kwamba, ‘nipenye jamani mimi.’

Msemo huo hufundisha watu juu ya kuacha kuongelea maneno yale yawezayo kuwaletea matatizo katika siku za mbeleni, ili waweze kuyaepuka matatizo hayo, kabla hayajawapata.

ENGLISH: HEY! LET ME ESCAPE.

The source of this saying is saving someone from troubles or problems. In this saying, escape is the means through which one can use to avoid those problems that are likely to befall him/her. Such a person can describe this scenario using the saying that ‘dears, let me escape.’

The saying can be compared to a person who discovers in advance the problems that are likely to happen. Such a person can find ways to get rid of them.

The saying teaches people to stop talking about words that might cause them problems in future. In so doing, they can be able to avoid problems that are likely to affect them.
