Mtu huyo hufanana na yule aliyehifadhi vizuri mali zake, kwa sababu naye huzitunza vizuri mali zake kwa kuzihifadhi pazuri. Ndiyo maana watu humwambia kwamba, “mara kwa mara pale ulikohifadhi.”

Msemo huo hufundisha watu juu ya kuelewa namna ya kuzihifadhi vizuri mali zao katika maisha yao, ili ziweze kuwasaidia vizuri maishani mwao.

This saying is compared to a person who does not take good care of his body in his life. Such person does not often take shower, because of not careless in his live. He often lives alone in his family, because of not bathing well in his life.

This person resembles the one who used to wear old clothes because he also abandons his body by not taking shower daily in his life. That is why people consider him as “an old cloths wearer.”

This saying teaches people on how to take care of their bodies by dressing well and taking shower daily, so that they can raise their families well in their lives.

Yeye hupata mali za kumsaidia katika kuitunza vizuri afya yake pamoja afya za watu wake kwa sababu ya kupenda zaidi kulinda uhai kulipo mali, maishani mwake.

Mtu huyo hufanana na yule aliyemaliza pesa nyingi kwa kununulia dawa za kutibu ugonjwa wake, kwa sababu naye hutumia mali zake kwa kuitunza afya yake katika maisha yake. Ndiyo maana huiziita mali zake hizo kwamba ni “mamia ya wachimba dawa.”

Msemo huo, hufundisha watu juu ya kuzijali afya zao kwa kutumia dawa wanapojisikia kuumwa na kula chakula vizuri, ili waweze kuzilea vyema familia zao, maishani mwao.

There was a sick person who lost a lot of money by buying medicine for treating his illness but without recovery. This saying is compared to the person who takes good care of his health in his life. Such person goes to the hospital when he feels sick. He also has to work enough to get resources that can take care of his health. Watu hao, hufanana na wale vibarua waliopalilia kwa kuyafukia majani chini katika shamba walilokuwa wakufanyia kazi, kwa sababu nao hufanya kazi zao bila ya kuwa na umakini mkubwa, katika utekelezaji wa majukumu yao hayo. Ndiyo maana watu huwaambia kwamba, “yamekuwa mabaki.”

ENGLISH: THEY HAVE BECOME REMNANTS.

There were workers who were weeding in someone’s field. They were weeding by covering the leaves on the ground so that they could finish quickly because of the desire to get money early. They left the leaves standing until finally the owner of the field realized that they had weeded badly. That is why he said that, “they have become remnants.”

This saying is equaled to people who carelessly do their works in their lives. These people do their works without being much focused because of having bad thoughts in their minds. They fail to progress their families well because of the lack of attention in their work performance, in their lives.

These people are similar to those laborers who weeded by covering the leaves on the ground in the field where they were working, because they also do their works without being very focused, in fulfilling their duties. That is why people tell them that, “they have become remnants.”

This saying teaches people on how to carry out their duties well and with great attention so that they can get enough progress to take good care of their families.

Msemo huo huwafundisha wazazi juu ya kuwa na upendo mkubwa wa kuwalea vizuri watu wao, ili waweze kuishi kwa amani katika familia zao, maishani mwao.
