Alihoyi moji uyo omogaga munhu o wanga. Umoji ng’wunuyo, omogaga numo jalijasagila duhu inzwili umu ntwe go ng’wa munhu ng’wunuyo, kunguno inzwili iningi jalijashila. Uweyi wicha ichaga duhu omala ugumoja umunhu ng’wunuyo. Hunagwene umoji ng’wunuyo agayomba giki, “henaho wicha icha duhu.”
Akahayile kenako, kagalengajiyagwa kuli munhu uyo agalangaga munhu uyo alinmani, umu nhimo gokwe. Umunhu ng’wunuyo, adakoyaga ugulanga kunguno ya bhumani bho wangu ubho alinabho unangwa okwe. Uweyi agatumilaga makanza maguhi duhu agagulanga omana na gumana umunhu ng’wunuyo, kunguno ya masala gakwe gubhiza mangu uguidebha yose iyo alilangwa.
Umunhu ng’wunuyo, agikolaga nuyo omogaga munhu o wanga ugumala wangu unimo gunuyo, kunguno nu weyi agatumilaga makanza makuhi duhu agagulanga, odeb’a unangwa okwe, umubhutumami bhokwe. Hunagwene agayombaga giki, “henaho wicha icha duhu.”
Akahayile kenako, kalanga bhanhu higulya ya gubhiza na witegeleza bho guidebha wangu imilimo yabho, kugiki bhadule kuimala chiza na wangu, umubhutumami bhobho.

KISWAHILI: HAPO NI USHUSHA SHUSHAJI TU.
Aliyowepo kinyozi mmoja aliyekuwa akimnyoa mtu mwenye upaa. Kinyozi huyo, alinyoa sehemu zile tu ambazo nywele zilikuwepo kwenye kichwa chake mtu huyo kwa sababu nywele zilizo nyingi zilikuwa zimekwisha. Yeye alishusha shusha tu akamaliza kumnyoa mtu huyo. Ndiyo maana kinyozi huyo alisema kwamba, “hapo ni ushusha shushaji tu.”
Msemo huo, hulinganishwa kwa mtu yule ambaye humfundisha mtu aliye mwelewa, katika kazi yake. Mtu huyo, huwa hahangaiki kumfundisha mwanafunzi wake huyo, kwa sababu ya uelewa wa haraka aliyonao. Yeye hutumia mtu mfupi tu wa kumfundisha, anamaliza kazi yake, kwa sababu ya akili yake hiyo kuwa na wepesi wa kuyaelewa yale yote anayofundishwa.
Mtu huyo, hufanana na yule kinyozi aliyetumia mtu mfupi kumnyoa mtu mwenye upaa akamaliza, kwa sababu naye hutumia mtu mfupi kumfundisha mtu mwenye uelewa wa haraka anaelewa, katika kazi yake. Ndiyo maana yeye husema kwamba, “hapo ni ushusha shushaji tu.”
Msemo huo, hufundisha watu juu ya kuwa na umakini wa kuyaelewa vizuri majukumu yao, ili waweze kuyakeleza vizuri kwa haraka, katika utumishi wao.

ENGLISH: THERE IS JUST DOWNLOADING.
There was one barber who was shaving a bald man. The barber shaved off only the remaining hairs on his head because most of the hairs on his head were gone. He just lowered the download and finished shaving the man. That is why the barber said, “There is just a downloading.”
This saying is compared to the one who teaches an intelligent person. This person does not spend so much time in teaching his student, because of the quick understanding he has. He uses only a short time to do so enough to finish his work; because of the mind of his students being so quick to understand everything which he is taught.
This person resembles the barber who spent a very short time in shaving a bald man; because he also uses a short time in teaching a man who has a quick understanding mind, in his work. That is why he says, “there is just a downloading.”
This saying teaches people about being carefully enough to understand their responsibilities well, so that they can successfully in their ministry.
